We sit at the intersection of product engineering and operations. If it has to ship, stay up, and be understood six months later, it is in scope.

02 — Approach

A small team, close to the work

Arcalis is not a bench of interchangeable roles. You work with the people who write the systems, run the incidents, and say no when a shortcut will not hold.

Production first

Prototypes are useful. Production is the product. We plan for deploy, observe, rollback, and handoff from the first week.

One problem, not three vendors

AI, application code, and infrastructure are treated as one system. That is usually where the actual risk lives.

Direct communication

Short cycles, written decisions, and no account-management layer between you and the engineering.

Stay for the ops

We can build, then keep the lights on: reviews, incidents, cost, and the slow improvements that compound.

Named for a peak. Built for the ridge.

Arcalis takes its name from Pic d’Arcalís in the Pyrenees. The brief in software is the same: climb carefully, hold the line, and do not confuse altitude with noise.

We are a compact EU studio for companies that need AI, product engineering, and operations treated as one problem. Engagements are scoped to fit — a build, a rescue, a platform, or an ongoing technical partner.
